1940 Chevy ½ Ton Pick-up

Posted On March 1, 2019

Owned by Ken from Milverton, ON

1940 Chev Truck with crank start and crank out windshield.

This truck was given to me by my Dad before he passed away from cancer. He built the truck from bushels baskets full of parts in the garage of the house in Powassan, Ontario.

One day my Mom came home and the toaster was on the counter with a big hole in the side. That was because my Dad needed a piece of chrome for the front grill!

He wanted it kept original and I have honoured his wishes. My sons will also keep the truck original in honour of their Grandpa when the truck
is passed onto them.

Nothing better than a Sunday tour around town in the Little Red Truck.
