I purchased this truck as soon as I finished high school and started working full time. I always wanted a 4 door long box ford diesel in that specific body style.
The previous owner had done the motor swap but had done a terrible job. I had plans on driving the truck regularly but every time I took it out something new would break or become an issue. Slowly I decided to tear most of the truck back down and get the body work done.
After the gorgeous paint got finished I brought the truck to a shop to get a good once over for all the motor swap issues.
I finally had a good looking and good running truck after about 2 years. I’ve owned the truck since 2017 now and have just been picking away at it little by little to get everything finished up.

I love these trucks. I’m not much of a car person, but trucks are really cool for me. I love seeing these restored and on the road today. In high school, a buddy of mine had a similar truck and I thought it was so cool. Nice job on the restoration!
